About this service.
Cut-to-size acrylic saves time, freight and on-site work. Send through your dimensions and we'll cut, finish and prepare your sheets ready for installation or fabrication.
Clear acrylic transmits around 92% of visible light and offers roughly ten times the impact strength of glass at less than half the weight — a strong, practical choice for glazing, displays, screens and signage.

Edge finishes
Standard polished, flame-polished, laser-cut and diamond-polished edges. Bevelled, rounded or radius corners on request.

Thickness options
Stocked from 2mm through to 40mm in clear, coloured, frosted, tinted and mirror acrylic.

Holes & cut-outs
Drilled holes, slots and internal cut-outs added in the workshop so sheets arrive ready to install.

Strength & clarity
Up to ~10× the impact strength of glass with ~92% light transmission — strong, optically clear and easy to handle.
